Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, along with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in GCC regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with strong academic standing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in GCC or international projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents and contracts.
• Manage pre- and post-contract activities including cost estimation.
