Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding.
• Research and recommend vendors, venues, and other services based on client needs and budget.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure best pricing and terms.
• Coordinate all logistics leading up to the wedding day, including scheduling appointments, managing timelines, and confirming reservations.
• Attend appointments, tastings, rehearsals, and other events as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on planning progress.
• Assist in creating detailed wedding timelines and itineraries.
• Act as point of contact for vendors on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Provide on-site support during the wedding day to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
