Qualifications

• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Must have valid visa sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and event design.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.
• Arrange and attend meetings with clients and vendors to discuss details and logistics.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for events.
• Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Handle administrative tasks such as contract management, creating proposals, and maintaining client files.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our events are innovative and unique.
