Flyper is seeking a Wedding Planner Assistant to join our Doha team. The role involves assisting the lead planner with venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management, ensuring flawless execution of weddings and events.

Based in Doha, Qatar, this part-time position does not require English proficiency and offers opportunities to learn and grow in the event planning industry. Visa sponsorship eligibility is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Must have valid visa sponsorship eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Assist in all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and event design.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.
• Arrange and attend meetings with clients and vendors to discuss details and logistics.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for events.
• Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Handle administrative tasks such as contract management, creating proposals, and maintaining client files.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our events are innovative and unique.
