Abroad Work in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team. This part-time role supports senior planners with client consultations, vendor sourcing, and event coordination for weddings.

No prior experience required; English fluency is essential (Arabic a plus). Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are needed, with weekend/evening availability. Accommodation is provided for non-local candidates and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Responsabilités

• Assist wedding planners with client consultations and meetings.

• Provide support on the day of the wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
