Work in USA in Doha is seeking a motivated Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or with a team in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist with venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, timelines, and client communication; attend site visits; and help with setup on the wedding day, ensuring client visions come to life. Excellent English is required; Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or hospitality required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Biometric passport required for visa purposes.
• Strong communication in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.
• Research and source vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all details align with client expectations.
• Attend site visits and assist with setup on the day of the wedding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process.
• Maintain accurate records of all wedding details and expenses.
