Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a Watch Showroom mandatory.
• Proven experience in showroom, retail, or sales management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations.
