Showroom Manager, Pre-Owned Vehicles | Open to Arab nationals only

A premium automotive dealership in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an accomplished Showroom Manager to join their pre-owned passenger car operation.

This is an important appointment for an experienced automotive sales professional who understands the particular demands of the premium pre-owned market and has a proven ability to build a successful sales operation. You will take responsibility for the complete pre-owned vehicle process, from preparation and presentation through to customer engagement, negotiation and sale.

About You

You will currently be a Showroom Manager or Senior Sales Specialist within a premium or luxury franchised dealership and will have demonstrable experience of developing pre-owned vehicle sales and improving performance.

Fluent Arabic is essential, and Arab nationals are preferred. Beyond your experience, you will be confident and highly personable, with the judgement to build lasting customer relationships and the resilience to operate successfully in a demanding retail environment.

You will be commercially astute, well organised and naturally attentive to detail, with the presence and maturity to represent the business to the highest standard.

Your Remit

You will have full responsibility for the pre-owned passenger car operation, overseeing every aspect of vehicle preparation and sales. This will include ensuring stock is presented to an exceptional standard, maintaining appropriate pricing and stock levels, developing sales opportunities and delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience.

You will also be expected to build upon the department's existing success, identifying opportunities to strengthen its performance and further establish its position within the market.
