Job summary

Minimalist.ae, a Dubai-born luxury brand, is expanding its Qatar presence and seeks a Retail Sales Executive to engage customers in-store, showcase products, and build lasting relationships. You will leverage knowledge of watches, jewelry, and accessories to tailor recommendations and close sales.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, a Marketing/Business/ Psychology background, and strong English and Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in Qatar, luxury watches or jewelry.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, provide product information and build rapport.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

The Role As Retail Sales Executive, you will be in direct touch with our customers on a daily basis across our stores. We don’t sell - we forge relationships. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport with the customers. Actively approach and assist customers, answer questions, understand their needs and recommend products tailored to their preferences, and convince customers to finalize a purchase. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Increase sales through explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools that the business is utilizing. Independently keep track of sales records, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance. Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Requirements: As an ideal candidate, you will have: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within Qatar in luxury, watches, or jewelry. Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar. Ideally relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers. Outstanding communication skills in English. Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
