Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies seeks an experienced Shop Manager for a confidential retail client in Doha. The role centers on leading daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

You will analyse trends, manage stock, schedules and budgets, and coach a high-performing team to maximise profitability while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Proven experience leading retail teams and driving commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of stock management, merchandising, sales reporting, and retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities
