Job summary

Hilton Doha is seeking a personal concierge to directly address VIP guests' needs and ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the lobby, reception and executive lounge. You will greet guests, coordinate with hotel departments, manage guest queries and complaints, and help with amenities and loyalty rewards while upholding Hilton's standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area
• Serve as main contact for VIP guests and brief hotel departments on their requirements
• Seek verbal feedback from customers and respond to guest queries promptly
• Assign and follow up on amenities process
• Assist long-stay guests and ensure they feel welcome and can ask for information
• Manage, record and resolve guest complaints
• Maintain high level of service across reception, lobby and executive lounge
• Identify up-selling opportunities and promote hotel services when appropriate
• Communicate with executive lounge manager and track loyal guests' rewards within budget
