Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a Personal Concierge to welcome VIP Guests, guide them with warmth, and ensure a memorable stay. You will greet guests, coordinate with hotel departments, and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

You will manage amenities, support guest relations for long-stay guests, and help maintain exceptional service across Reception, Lobby, and Executive Lounge, upholding Hilton's standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area.

• Assist with amenity processing and coordinate with Guest Relations for long-stay guests.
• Maintain high levels of customer service across Reception, Lobby, and Executive Lounge.
