Job summary

Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a Villa Host to elevate guest experiences with personalized and attentive service on site in Doha, Qatar. You will take ownership of all villas assigned, supervise and assist with maintenance, and strive to uphold the highest professional standards of hospitality for every guest stay.

Excellent communication in English, a proactive approach and a year of villa hosting experience are valued to succeed in this dynamic luxury

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler/Villa Host.
• A friendly and outgoing behaviour.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Has strong decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize and exceed guest-satisfaction with personalized, efficient service.
• Take ownership of villas including supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.

Villa Host is instrumental to achieve our goal in providing the highest professional standards of service to our guests.
