Job summary

Minor Hotels’ Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking an enthusiastic F&B professional to support the resort's daily Food & Beverage operations. You will help maximise guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards and deliver courteous, prompt service.

You will lead by example, nurture teamwork, train staff, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment while ensuring only the highest quality products are served. A passion for leadership and exceptional guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are served.
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment, delivering prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
• Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving through proper training and empowerment.
