Job summary

Amentum seeks a Vehicle Operations Supervisor to lead the site Vehicle Operations Program, including the Vehicle Control Program, licensing, and training. The role coordinates with Maintenance and users to ensure timely, compliant services in line with USAF requirements and the PWS.

You will manage licensing databases, provide periodic VCO training, conduct driver training, and participate in accident investigations and vehicle utilization boards.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Windows and MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, especially with subordinates.
• Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and be able to obtain host nation license.
• Experience in vehicle operations, licensing and training preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site VCO, CFV program and fleet duties.
• Provide periodic VCO training and safety briefings.
• Conduct Vehicle Operator Licensing and Training.
• Maintain licensing/training database.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely vehicle repairs.
• Participate in accident investigations as needed.
• Oversee in-use vehicle authorizations and Vehicle Control Officer roles.
• Coordinate with users to ensure timely repairs and utilization.
• Attend vehicle utilization boards and perform other duties.
• Work in office or maintenance shop; outdoors when required.
