Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Vehicle Operations Supervisor to oversee the site Vehicle Operations Program, including the Vehicle Control Program, licensing, and training. The role liaises between vehicle maintenance and users for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services and ensures compliance with the PWS and Amentum QMS.

The position requires coordinating with multiple organizations, conducting operator safety trainings, and maintaining credentialing records.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum three years military experience in Vehicle Operations, Licensing and Training.
Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation license.
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office incl. PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Manage the site VCO, CFV program, Fleet Management duties.
Provide periodic VCO training, conduct safety meetings and briefings.
Conduct Vehicle Operator Licensing and Training; maintain licensing/training database.
Provide driver training and evaluation; manage operator forms and inspections.
Coordinate with using organizations to ensure timely repair of vehicles; participate in vehicle utilization boards.
