Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Vehicle Functional Manager to serve as the primary liaison between USAFCENT and Amentum, coordinating all activities in the Vehicles functional area. You will maintain accountability and the maintenance status of all program vehicle assets, ensuring compliance with the PWS and ISO 9001 QMS.

The role involves staffing decisions, program reconstitution goals, and generation of management reports.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of military vehicle repair procedures and regulations.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Must be able to obtain/maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• Ten years of vehicle management experience, preferably in the Air Force.
• Four years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Primary liaison between USAFCENT and Amentum on GPMS vehicle issues.
• Review and submit PWS deliverables to the customer.
• Coordinate planning, programming, solutions, and execution of the contract.
• Ensure activities comply with PWS and ISO 9001 QMS.
