Qualifications

• Strong Micros knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the various outlets.
• Ensure quality of food and beverage.
• Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of outlets.
• Operate within Forbes 5-star standards and uphold daily.
• Display a congenial, well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Assist the department manager in development and maintenance of service standards.
• Coordinate service staff for all meal periods.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of department to ensure side-work completion.
• Communicate information to department manager as needed.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures.
