Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff collaborates as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counseling, and coach employees as needed.
