Job summary

QC+ in Doha, Qatar seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant outlet with emphasis on service standards, customer satisfaction, staffing, and financial targets. You will drive profitability, coach staff, and collaborate with the GM of Hospitality on plans and pricing strategies.

The role requires overseeing operations, compliance with HACCP and safety, and coordinating with Head Chef and departments to ensure brand promise is delivered.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or relevant certification preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in hospitality/restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff deliver the brand promise and exceptional guest service.
• Manage outlet to maximize profitability while delivering brand promise.
• Assist GM in annual business plan and budget for the outlet.
• Monitor operations and staffing during peak periods; adjust resources.
• Oversee inventory, suppliers, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive revenue through upselling and marketing collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety standards.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, select, orient, and manage outlet staff.
