Job summary

QAFCO in Mesaieed, QA seeks an experienced Turnaround contracts specialist to establish and maintain cost-effective lifecycle processes for high-value services. You will coordinate with Sr. Engineers, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure accurate data in the Turnaround Management System and robust cost control.

The role involves reviewing contracting policies, planning tendering, and developing long-term capex plans, with a focus on cost optimization and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in similar turnaround/procurement roles.
• Experience in SAP/4HANA EAM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review contracting policies and improve workflows to safeguard company’s interests.
• Plan and manage tendering processes and contract types for turnaround projects.
• Coordinate with Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain to ensure accurate turnaround data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and support cost control for Turnarounds.
