Job summary

QAFCO (Qatar Fertiliser Company) seeks an experienced Turnaround Coordinator to lead planning, preparation, execution and close-out of turnaround activities in Mesaieed. You will coordinate across Turnaround Coordination Team, Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering and contractors to ensure readiness, quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, work packages, materials and resources; monitoring progress; facilitating cross-team communication; and

Qualifications

5+ years proven experience in turnaround planning or similar roles, ideally in the fertilizer sector.
Strong understanding of mechanical, piping, vessels and boiler systems.
Experience with SAP master data, maintenance planning and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor turnaround progress and ensure execution readiness activities are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors and support functions.
Maintain schedules, manage work packages, materials and resources.
Maintain and manage turnaround documentation and data in centralized systems.
Assist in risk tracking, issue resolution and schedule recovery actions.
Support development of planning methodologies and tool proficiency.
