Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct relevant experience in turnaround/maintenance roles.
• Strong understanding of rotating machinery (turbines, compressors) and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute turnaround scope for rotating machinery with detailed scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and HSE for safe execution.
• Monitor progress with schedules, KPIs, and trend analysis.
• Ensure readiness of materials, tools, permits, and manpower prior to start.
• Maintain turnaround documentation and data in SAP and related systems.
