Job summary

QAFCO is seeking a seasoned Turnaround Planner to support successful planning, preparation, execution, and close-out of turnaround activities. You will coordinate with the Turnaround Coordination Team, Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, and Contractors to ensure readiness and timely completion of work packages and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years relevant turnaround planning experience
• Experience in fertilizer industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor turnaround execution strategy for static equipment scheduling and resource optimization
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure priority alignment and issue resolution
• Update schedules and manage changes in scope during turnaround
• Ensure readiness by verifying materials, manpower, tools, permits
• Support mechanical completion, punch list, and pre-startup readiness
