Responsibilities

• Analyse scope of work and plan the best method of enquiry/tendering.
• Prepare memo to authorities and obtain approvals.
• Initiate procurement for turnaround section.
• Explore and establish long-term contracts for recurring services.
• Develop planning, monitoring, and control processes for turnaround.
