Job summary

Client of Brunel in Doha is seeking a Cost Control specialist to oversee cost estimates, cost databases and governance for Turnaround projects. You will review scope definitions, consolidate requirements, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.

The role requires 5–10 years' direct experience, proficiency with SAP PM and SAP MM, and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). You will coordinate with planning, budgeting and accounting teams to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline; 5–10 years of direct and relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of SAP PM and SAP MM modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost estimates and ensure accuracy and compliance with the scope of work.
• Maintain cost databases and support best cost engineering practices.
• Prepare management information and monthly/quarterly reports on turnarounds.
