Job summary

People Dynamics is hiring a TS Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) for a leading organization in Doha, Qatar. The role covers Level 1/2 IT support, desktop and IT system maintenance, and on-site/remote assistance with ITIL-aligned ticket management.

Requires a degree or diploma in IT and a minimum of 5+ years of desktop support experience. Rotation shifts and local residency in Qatar are mandatory for consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Desktop Support / IT Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT technical support to end users.
• Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT systems.
• Resolve technical incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Manage IT tickets, escalations, and follow-ups in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Diagnose recurring technical issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ticket status reports.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements and individual performance)
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Candidate Availability: Must be locally available in Qatar
Working Schedule: Rotational Shifts
