Job summary

People Dynamics in Doha seeks a seasoned TS Engineer for IT Desktop Support to join a leading organization in Qatar. You will provide frontline and second-line support, install and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT systems, and ensure service requests meet SLAs.

The role requires a IT degree, 5+ years of desktop support experience, strong problem-solving and ITIL knowledge, and flexibility to work rotational shifts. Local Qatar residency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5+ years of Desktop/IT technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT technical support to end users.
• Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT systems.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Manage IT tickets, escalations, and follow-ups in ITIL processes.
• Diagnose recurring technical issues and provide permanent solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ticket status reports.

People Dynamics is hiring an experienced TS Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) for a leading organization in Qatar.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements and individual performance)
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Candidate Availability: Must be locally available in Qatar
Working Schedule: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT technical support to end users.
