Job summary

Adlqatar is seeking a senior Training and Development professional to design and implement programs that grow employees’ technical and behavioral skills, aligned with performance evaluations and organizational needs.

You will conduct needs analyses, design interactive courses (workshops, e-learning, AI-enabled tools), assess effectiveness, coach learners, and report on outcomes while identifying and developing internal talent across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education/HR/Business or related field.
• 7–10 years in training/career development.
• Experience with LMS/e-learning and program evaluation.
