Job summary

TradesApp is seeking experienced Learning & Development professionals to support organizational learning, training-needs analysis and employee-development programs. You will conduct needs analysis, develop training plans, design and coordinate programs, and deliver soft-skills training.

Minimum 6 years of L&D experience and strong evaluation skills are required; bilingual Arabic/English preferred, with ERP/HR systems familiarity. Join a dynamic team in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate Business/HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development experience.
• Strong experience in training-needs analysis and program evaluation.
• Soft-skills facilitation/training delivery experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems, ISO and risk requirements advantageous.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
