Job summary

Experience in Doha is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist / Training Analyst to lead needs analysis, plan development, and delivery of employee development programs.

Role requires 6+ years in L&D, with strong experience in assessment and program evaluation; bilingual Arabic/English is preferred, and ERP/HR systems familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development experience.
• Strong experience in training-needs analysis and program evaluation.
• Soft-skills facilitation/training delivery experience highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems, ISO and risk requirements advantageous.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
