Job summary

Employment is seeking a technically experienced Training Specialist – Electrical to support technical capability development and training programs. You will identify technical skills gaps and develop electrical training plans, coordinating workshops and creating training materials.

You will also evaluate training effectiveness and liaise with technical departments and training providers to ensure programs meet needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' Learning & Development/training experience.
• Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.
