You will identify skills gaps, design electrical training plans, coordinate workshops, create training materials, and evaluate outcomes while liaising with engineering teams and external providers.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and bring at least six years of Learning and Development
