Job summary

Qatar Fabrication Company in Ras Laffan, Qatar is seeking a Total Rewards & Policy Specialist to review and update HR policies and drive the rewards strategy. The role ensures equitable, transparent, and competitive programs to attract and retain talent, aligning with business objectives.

You will design rewards structures, benchmark salaries, conduct job evaluations, and advise on policy interpretation while coordinating with HR and OD for performance and pay processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/HR or related field; professional certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience; 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of rewards design, job evaluation methods, and salary benchmarking.
• Experience with HRM-ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement HR policies with cross-functional HR support.
• Design and maintain total rewards strategies, structures and benchmarking.
• Conduct job evaluation and placement within a graded structure for new roles.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration and respond to rewards-related inquiries.
• Prepare reports on salaries and rewards for senior management.
