Job summary

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead the development and integration of corporate telephony with our CRM. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure schedules, SLAs, and risks are managed effectively.

The role requires strong experience in telephony, CRM integrations, and working with international partners. Remote-friendly environment with opportunities for relocation to Doha and a global team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical/integration projects.
• Experience working independently with IT vendors and contractors.
• Solid understanding of telephony and call/contact center processes.
• Understanding of SIP/VoIP sufficient to communicate with technical specialists.
• Experience with integrations: CRM, REST API, Webhooks, external services.
• Understanding of inbound/outbound calls, IVR, routing, dialer campaigns, callback, call recording, and reporting.
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure commitments are met.
• English for working with international vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects on the development and replacement of SIP/VoIP systems, from requirements through to production launch.
• Gather and align requirements between business, IT teams, and vendors.
• Manage external suppliers: timelines, commitments, SLAs, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate the work of CRM, infrastructure, and other internal teams.
• Participate in the evaluation of technical solutions and integrations.
• Organize testing and acceptance of the solution.
• Verify the correctness of key scenarios and CRM integration.
• Organize documentation and knowledge transfer from the vendor.
