Job summary

The iBOS seeks a General Accounting Manager for an onsite contractual project in Qatar. The role requires candidates based in Qatar or with a valid Qatar ID to apply.

You will lead general accounting functions, oversee AP, treasury, collections, and insurance payments, and work with SAP and Oracle in a fast-moving telecom environment.

Strong leadership, English communication, and professional credentials (ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent) are required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong general accounting experience, preferably in telecom.
• Hands-on AP, Treasury, Collections and non-employee insurance payments.
• ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Big 4 audit firm and Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong SAP & Oracle knowledge.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic will be an advantage.
