Detailed Job Description:

As a Project Manager specializing in major integration initiatives in Qatar, you will take total ownership of end-to-end service delivery, program governance, and financial performance. Your daily responsibilities will span driving program-level status reporting on cost, schedule, and innovation initiatives, leading governance review meetings with C-level and SVP stakeholders, and managing change requests and scope creeps. Operating in a fast-paced onsite environment, you will collaborate closely with development and support teams to track complex schedules with intricate dependencies, enforce agreed service level agreements (SLAs), and champion continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will report directly to executive management to ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive comprehensive program-level status reporting covering cost, schedule, and strategic innovation initiatives.
• Run executive governance and review meetings with key C-level and SVP stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee project schedule, cost, quality, and scope while taking full ownership of overall service delivery.
• Manage and enforce agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), metrics, and operational performance benchmarks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for managing Change Requests, scope creeps, and contractual adjustments.
• Lead and champion innovation and improvement initiatives across enterprise development and support programs.
• Develop, manage, and track complex program-level schedules with intricate dependencies and operational constraints.
• Coordinate seamlessly with multi-disciplinary technical teams and report directly to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of overall professional experience in IT project management and program delivery.
• Mandatory active professional certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Proven, demonstrable professional experience managing complex integration projects in enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience in C-level and SVP-level stakeholder management, executive reporting, and governance.
• Strong expertise in service delivery management, SLA governance, change control, and scope management.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, conflict resolution, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Must currently be based in Qatar with immediate availability for onsite deployment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Technology Management.
• Additional certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL Expert.
• Prior professional experience managing large-scale telecommunications or digital integration projects in the Gulf region.
• Familiarity with enterprise project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Primavera).
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party systems integrators.
