Job summary

Irisstar urgently seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead a mission-critical systems integration project in Qatar. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and report directly to the Senior Vice President, ensuring governance and strategic alignment with executive objectives.

Ideally, you bring 10+ years in IT project management, hold PMP/PRINCE2/ACP credentials, and reside in Qatar with immediate availability for local deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of IT and technology project management experience.
• Mandatory PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Current physical residence in Qatar with immediate availability for local deployment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end integration project workstreams and report progress to the SVP.
• Prepare and maintain program-level status reporting including cost, scheduling, and improvements.
• Manage multi-tier stakeholder relationships and lead governance and review sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across development and support programs.
• Develop and track master schedules with dependencies and resource constraints.
• Maintain project schedule, cost, quality, and scope baselines per governance standards.
• Govern change requests to prevent scope creep and ensure delivery.
• Monitor SLAs and performance metrics and report periodically.
