Job summary

BAE Systems in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (ICT Network) to lead planning, design, and delivery of city-wide ICT network infrastructure projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Telecom/CS/Engineering, 10+ years in ICT networks and 5+ years in project leadership, PMP and CCNP/CCIE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree (Good to have).
• PMP Certification and Cisco CCNP or CCIE.
• 10+ years of experience in ICT networks; 5+ years in ICT network project management.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Network Architecture, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Wireless, Data Center, Cloud Networking, Network Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT network infrastructure projects through initiation to closure, including test and commissioning.
• Provide technical leadership across network architects, engineers, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
• Act as primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, regulatory compliance, testing, and readiness activities.
• Manage third-party ICT vendors, contractors, and internal resources effectively.
