Job summary

Qatarenergy in Doha is seeking an experienced IT Telecommunication specialist to support major business functions, plan work to meet KPIs, and monitor project progress. You will operate and control telecom systems, both on-prem and cloud-based, ensuring secure, reliable delivery of services and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include configuring automation for provisioning, testing, deployment, and maintenance, plus risk management and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of engineering in computer, telecommunication technology, information technology, electrical and electronics engineering, or information systems.
• 8 years IT experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in IT support environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control installed or virtual Telecommunication system hardware and software.
• Configure tools to automate provisioning, testing, and deployment of telecom infrastructure.
• Assist in design, specification and migration of telecom systems and networks.
• Identify and manage risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents and resolve issues per procedures.
