Job summary

The Art of Cardz is seeking a Store Manager for a flagship TCG retail location in Doha, Qatar. The role drives sales, profitability, and community engagement, leading the store team and managing high-value inventory to deliver an outstanding experience for players, collectors, and customers.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of trading card games, collectibles, and local market trends, and can oversee store operations, events, and tournaments while ensuring compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum five years retail experience, with at least three years in a store management or supervisory role.
• Two years of experience or strong practical knowledge within the TCG, collectibles, gaming, hobby, or specialty retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales and profitability targets.
• Manage daily store operations, staffing, cash handling.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store team.
• Maintain high-value TCG inventory pricing, display and storage.
• Build relationships with players, collectors, judges, content creators, and community partners.
• Coordinate tournaments and community activities to drive engagement and sales.
