Job summary

GMG is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the Store Sales team in Doha, driving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service and operating standards. You will ensure daily store readiness, coverage, merchandising, and policy compliance to meet brand expectations.

You will oversee scheduling, promotions, inventory, and after-sales processes while coaching the team to achieve goals and maintain high service levels. This role offers growth within a dynamic regional retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 4 - 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Industry expertise.
• Product/Category knowledge.
• Customer Orientation.
• MS Office and Tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports in delivering the store annual sales targets.
• Maintains proper coverage and schedule to ensure high customer service levels.
• Conducts store operations audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversees after sales processes and repair/return policy adherence.
• Ensures customer needs are met and complaints resolved with exceptional service.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards per brand policy.
• Generates and analyzes sales reports and insights to maximise stock potential.
• Manages inventory movements and stock discrepancies.
• Directs the team to follow SOPs and store appearance standards.
• Carries out cashier duties as required.
