Qualifications

• Previous retail store management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to translate store targets into clear team priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Brief employees on current sales targets, promotional priorities, product focus, and customer service expectations.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching where needed.
• Apply selling techniques and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure customers receive attentive, knowledgeable service throughout visit.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, launches, trends, and brand direction.
• Use product knowledge to support recommendations and suggestive selling.
• Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain stock levels and monitor stockroom organization.
• Implement loss-prevention procedures and ensure brand operating standards.
• Open, trade, and close the store with proper administration and supervision.
