Job summary

Nair Systems LLC in Qatar is seeking an experienced NCR ATM System Administrator to own ATM software operations on-site. You will triage incidents, manage NCR tickets, support patch cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure terminal availability and secure transactions.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT support or ATM operations, a technical degree, and strong English communication. On-site presence in Qatar is mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
2–5 years in IT support, ATM administration or self-service banking ops.
Hands-on NCR ATM software administration experience.
Strong level-1 incident triage, root cause analysis and vendor ticketing workflows.
Experience with software deployment, patches, SIT/UAT testing.
Excellent English communication; on-site in Qatar.

Responsibilities

Perform level-1 technical analysis on ATM terminals and software events.
Raise and track NCR ATM software support tickets with diagnostics.
Support banking operations projects and rapid incident remediation.
Assist in deploying patches and development releases aligned with SIT/UAT.
Collect logs and diagnostic data for NCR support and vendors.
Maintain incident logs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
