Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA is seeking a seasoned reservations leader to oversee the central reservations function across a portfolio of properties. You will manage inventory and rate strategies using Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis, and a Channel Manager to optimize distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a hotel or reservations setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rate and inventory management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire reservations function across a portfolio of hotel properties.
• Utilize Opera Cloud PMS, Synxis and Channel Manager systems for inventory management.
• Optimize room rate distribution across all channels, including OTAs, GDS and the hotel's direct website.
• Lead and supervise the central reservations team.
• Draw on revenue management experience to implement dynamic rate strategies.
• Generate occupancy and revenue forecasts to inform inventory allocation.
• Strive to increase direct bookings while reducing reliance on high-commission OTAs.
• Provide detailed management reports on bookings, ADR and pace.
