The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving direct digital bookings, maximizing online channel conversion, and optimizing the hotel's overall online distribution footprint. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management, you will bridge digital marketing execution with yield strategy. Your primary goal is to shift booking share toward direct web/mobile channels, lower acquisition costs, and optimize total online revenue across Direct Web (Brand.com), OTAs, and Metasearch platforms.
Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in hospitality e‑commerce, digital marketing, or online distribution.
Tech Proficiency: Web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager). Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and Channel Managers. Meta‑search platforms and Google Ads dashboard management. Content Management Systems (CMS) and OTA extranets (Expedia Partner Central, Booking.com Partner Hub).
