Job summary

Mowasalat Qatar in Doha is seeking a seasoned Real Estate & Facilities Manager to oversee lease and contract administration for commercial and company-owned properties, ensuring full legal compliance and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on revenue optimization, budgeting input, stakeholder coordination with Finance, Legal and Operations, and continuous process improvements to reduce costs while enhancing tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 2–3 years GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or real estate industry is highly desirable.
• Certifications (Preferred): CFM, Real Estate Management Certification, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lease & Contract Administration: Oversee the full lifecycle of lease agreements for commercial properties, including negotiation, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
• Accommodation & Operational Oversight: Supervise daily leasing and accommodation activities to ensure efficient operations and strong tenant relationships.
• Revenue Optimization: Develop and apply pricing and leasing strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to budget planning.
• Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure all leasing activities adhere to Qatar laws and municipal regulations; monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Strategic Improvement: Support development of leasing strategies and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with Finance, Legal, Operations and external tenants, vendors and service providers.
