Employment in Qatar is seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties. You will coordinate with tenants, owners, contractors, and internal teams to maintain properties, optimize occupancy and rental income, and deliver high-standard tenant services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of leasing coordination and maintenance, and a good command of English (Arabic is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in Qatar.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is required.
• Good knowledge of property leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is preferred.
• Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, facility management, contractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to required standards.
• Monitor lease agreements, occupancy, rental collections, and tenant documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate property, tenant, contract, and maintenance records.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rentals, maintenance, and property performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Qatar real estate regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.
