Planned Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the residential leasing cycle in Doha. You will lead property showings, prepare lease agreements, screen tenants, and respond to inquiries while collaborating with a property management team to optimize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years in real estate leasing or sales, a solid understanding of Doha's residential market, and strong negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate leasing or sales.
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in Doha.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the leasing process for residential properties.
• Conduct property showings and tours to prospective tenants.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements with clear terms.
• Screen tenants through background and credit checks.
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
