Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or property management.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing/sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar real estate market and property laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
• Professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market to expand the client base.
• Maximize leasing and sales performance by developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to achieve leasing targets within timelines.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and surveys to identify trends.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to present properties and negotiate terms.
• Prepare and finalize marketing contracts with landlords and property owners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vacant properties.
• Identify and implement new campaigns, services, and channels to increase revenue.
• Provide accurate leasing reports and updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client service standards.
