Job summary

Nasser Bin Khaled and Sons Holdings in Qatar seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations across offices and sites, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fire regulations while managing leases and service contracts.

You will coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal departments to keep assets maintained, oversee preventive maintenance, and support emergency procedures. A background in engineering or related field plus 5+ years experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, fire and facility-related regulations and standards.
• Maintain lease records, terms, conditions and related documentation across NBK business units.
• Coordinate maintenance, service contracts, invoices and budgets for facilities.
• Conduct site inspections with landlords and coordinate reinstatement and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate QCDD inspections and ensure corrective actions meet requirements for renewal.
• Work with Legal, HR, IT, Security and Operations on facility needs and workspace matters.
• Prepare termination or non-renewal notices and liaise with landlords per tenancy agreements.
• Support emergency preparedness, fire safety and business continuity procedures.
